CBD Flower Shake Recipe of the Week — “To Shake it all Around”

CBD flower shake is crumbles in the bottom of the bag after the CBD bud is cut \’\’and trimmed. The hemp farmers harvest the hemp flower, leaves \’\’and stalks to sell for various uses to the vendor.  One of those uses is CBD flower shake recipe for shakes, smoothies \’\’and other edibles.

The “What” of CBD Flower Shake

Through the harvest process, many little pieces drop \’\’and collect in the bottom of the bag after the whole CBD flower nug is trimmed \’\’and prepared for sale.  Hemp farmers can sell it to the vendors at reduced price, not because it is less potent but because it is not aesthetically attractive. It is still potent, \’\’and it is still useable in many different forms including the making of hemp flour to use in edibles.

CBD Flower Shake for Sale

Now let’s talk about what you can do with “those crumbs”. If you are trying to pinch pennies in your exploration of CBD hemp flower, shake is for you.  Just because it is not a gorgeous hemp bud, does not mean it should be toss, no let’s “shake it up” into a delicious edible.

Dispensaries such as Dr. Strains CBD in Orl\’\’ando, Florida, besides buying CBD shake from hemp cultivators, also can collect their own shake from the sealed jars the CBD hemp flower nug is stored as pieces drop to the bottom of the jar. Now dispensaries can collect their own “shake”.

Remember shake is in smaller pieces of buds \’\’and because it is older, it may be dry \’\’and without the pungent smell. Also keep in mind because it is broken into little pieces it is much more exposed to the air so oxidizes more quickly \’\’and degrades faster.

CBD Flower Shake Recipe From Shake not Trim

One more thing before we talk recipes. “Shake” \’\’and “trim” are two different things.  Shake is, as we have discussed, the crumbles in the bottom of the bag or the jar where nugs are stored. Trim, on the other h\’\’and refers to the discarded parts of the plant that is manicured from each CBD flowers nug after it been harvested \’\’and dried. Trim is not potent, it is not tasty \’\’and it is of subst\’\’andard quality so not to be consumed in anyway.
