Product Availability: We may set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.

Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa and Mastercard. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.

Order Confirmation: After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.

Order Processing: We need two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.

Shipping Information: We only ship our products within the United States. All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping address. We offer standard shipping on all orders via USPS. We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, once your order is delivered to USPS our liability and responsibility for delivery is terminated.

All products sold will come in heat sealed re-sealable Mylar bags, inside commercial grade vacuum sealed bags, inside generic tan bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes, with generic return information.

All orders also come with a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement” and a copy of the 3rd parties lab test results for that product’s corresponding batch. We do also include an invoice inside the package.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. For any inquiries once your package/items are with the carrier please contact the carrier directly.

Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.

Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for actions or outcomes of you re-selling our product (‘s).

Refunds and Exchanges: Our orders are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. We will either refund or replace products if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, with the exception of any shipping or other fees. We reserve the right to require you to return any unopened products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order.
