=============================================

Good for the planet, good for the farmers, good for the community, and good for you.  It is just good all the way around. And to go a step further, it is better than other crops, better than planting trees and it is better than corn or wheat to heal the body.

Hemp as a Triple Header Blessing – Environmentally Sustainable

Growing sustainable hemp crops on farmland is the responsible thing to do and the economical thing to do as well not to mention the popular thing to do because hemp is so much in demand

 Another positive impact hemp growing has on the environment is that it is hard and needs far less water than other industrial crops.  It also grows faster than trees so it provides an alternate to paper production by using hemp.  The more production that can come from hemp moves the world closer to a more sustainable mode of production and consumption.

One more amazing advantage of hemp growing is that the hemp plant pulls carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere in a much higher percentage than other plants because of is large lush supply of foliage. Scientists estimate that for every ton of hemp growing there is 1.63 tons of carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere. There is no doubt hemp very truly is the salvation of our environment.

Now we have thousands of acres of hemp growing to help correct an environment problem through the process of phytoremediation. Phytoremediation is only one way that hemp is saving our environment as it is nature’s way of vacuuming toxic chemicals and heavy metals, out of the soil and groundwater. Some of referred to hemp growing as the “magic eraser” that cleans up the messes which others have left behind.

 Hemp as a Triple Header Blessing — Grows Fast

Hemp grows fast when compared to trees and many things we use trees for hemp can provide. Compared to hemp maturing in less than 8 months to the years and years it takes for trees to mature, there is no comparison. Paper can be made from hemp just like it can from trees. Trees leave behind more unusable material than hemp. There is nothing wasted with hemp.

Hemp as a Triple Header Blessing — Consumer Demand

Hemp in all aspects is in high demand by consumers looking for health benefits and recreational purposes. One by one, the health benefits are racking up and one by one even the medical world is looking seriously at the proven benefits of hemp and CBD. Not sufficient medically driven clinical trials have been done but the reports of personal experience are multiplying fast enough to take notice.

Hemp as a Triple Header Blessing –Good for Everybody

Hemp is good for everyone. It is good for the farmers because it is an above-market pay for their hemp crops as people are realizing more every day the plethora of health benefits as well as its recreational value.

Hemp is also good for the small farmer who want to grow a crop for the best money and simplest growing process. It is a crop to grow perhaps for your own needs with some left to market as well.

It is good for the community as well if you are planning to farm multiple acres, You may be able to provide employment for individuals and even open up your farm for an educational center for the local schools.

If you are particularly crafty and into DIY, you can extract your own oil, use the hemp flower nugs to create lotions, salves and any number of things to sell you your friends and neighbors.
