Recipes made with hemp flower are not only delicious, but they can do a triple dose of health as well. Whenever you are using the hemp flower nug, remember you must grind it and decarboxylate it in order to activate all the cannabinoids. Nothing is more delicious and warming to the soul than a fresh crepe right off the grill doused in berries and cream.

 

The Hemp Flour Crepes will yield about 15 crepes and they are simple to make with everything already being in your pantry except for the hemp flower nugs. The directions to decarboxylate your hemp flower will be at the end of this post.

 

Ingredients:

• ½ cup all-purpose whole wheat flour
• ½ cup CBD decarboxylated hemp flower
• 1 t tapioca starch
• 2 cups almond milk
• pinch salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• ¼ cup melted butter

 

Directions

Whisk the dry ingredients together before adding the eggs, the egg yolk, butter, and milk.  Refrigerate the batter for approximately thirty minutes then whisk the batter once more.  Pour ¼ cup of the crepe batter into a preheated non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook for 1 ½ minute then flip and cook for another minute.  Remove from the pan and fill with blueberries and whipped cream cheese.

 

Hemp Zucchini Bread

Hemp flour uses the whole plant except the stems. But if you have the hemp buds only, you can actually use it to make the flour by grinding it exceptionally fine. However, you must remember that using ground bud only will make it more potent so will change how you figure the dosing.

1 oz. Coco Lopez coconut cream

3 T pineapple juice

3/4 oz. lime juice

2 oz champagne

1 to 2 droppers of CBD tincture

You need an oven, baking tray, parchment paper, and hemp flower nugs

 

• Oven temperature — 230-260 degrees F.
• Break hemp flower into small pieces.
• Spread on a parchment-covered baking tray.
• Place in the tray on the middle shelf in the oven.
• Bake for 2 hours.
• Remove and cool. It is now sufficiently decarbed!
• Put in a grinder of your choice and grind to a fine powder.
• Store in an air-tight jar. Will be good for 2 to 3 months.
