“CBD Hemp Bread” – CBD Hemp Bread

Hemp bread can also be made from you own home made hempseed flour or you can purchase it at a health food store. The hemp seed flour is rich in healthy fats, magnesium, fiber, and protein. Hemp is also high in vitamin E and a multitude of other minerals. It is gluten-free and low carb.

 

Ingredients

• ½ C. hempseed flour
• ½ C. linseed meal
• 1 C. Almond meal
• 1 t Baking soda
• 1 t Salt
• 3 t lemon juice
• 2 T full spectrum CBD oil

 

Instruction

Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix. Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl.  Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk till mixed well.  Transfer mixture into a greased bread loaf tin and put in the oven for 40 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes before removing from the bread tin. Preheat oven to 350 F

 

CBD Hemp Bread — CBD Hemp Flower Muffins

Maple Hemp Flour Muffins are for that morning when you do not have time to make breakfast but you can grab one of these muffins and have the nutrition your body needs to get your metabolism on the move. It yields 12 muffins so you can freeze them, so they are ready on that extra busy morning.

 

Ingredients:

• 2 C whole wheat flour
• ¼ C of the decarbed hemp flower
• ¾ t salt
• 1 T baking powder
• ½ C maple syrup
• ½ C coconut oil, melted
• 1 egg
• ¾ C coconut milk, unsweetened
• ½ C hemp hearts

 

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk the coconut oil, maple syrup, sugar and eggs together well.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix.  Remember to add the hemp hearts last. Slowly stir until the batter is smooth.
