Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup of the decarbed hemp flower
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 T baking powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup hemp hearts

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk the coconut oil, maple syrup, sugar \’\’and eggs together well.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix.  Remember to add the hemp hearts last. Slowly stir until the batter is smooth.

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 20 mg baking CBD oil
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 t baking soda
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 3 T chocolate chips
  • 3 T — your choice of chopped nuts

Mix the CBD oil with the softened butter so it can be thoroughly mixed. This is a small recipe makes four cookies so for dosing purposes, one cookie has 5 mg of CBD, but you can multiply it. If used as is, there will be 5 mg of CBD in each of the four cookies. Of if you want to buy high-CBD content CBD bud, decarboxylate it then grind into flour \’\’and substitute it for 25% of the flour required.

Packin’ the CBD Bud Lunch – Snack, Snack, Snack!!!

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ C frozen strawberries
  • 1 T protein powder
  • 2 T ground hemp flower (decarboxylated)
  • Coconut milk, rice milk or almond milk (enough to loosen the content to drink consistency)

Mix all in a blender of your choice. Hemp flower chosen should be high CBD content such as CB Dawg, Elektra or Hawaiian Haze.

The “How” to Decarboxylate Hemp Flower

  • Oven 250 degrees F
  • Break up the hemp flower buds into small pieces
  • Grind hemp flower buds with a coffee grinder, herb grinder or food processor to the consistency of dried herbs but not fine as dust.
  • Spread a thin layer on baking tray
  • Place tray in oven
  • Bake for 90  – 120 minutes
  • Remove from oven \’\’and cool

Hemp flower should be brownish \’\’and feel dry \’\’and crumble between fingers

Store in a sealed container after making sure the crumbles are dry.
