Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Dr Strains CBD website.
We may set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.
We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa, Master-card, American Express, Discovery and Debit Cards.
All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars, and we do not accept foreign currencies.
After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.
We need two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. For any inquiries once your package/items are with the carrier please contact the carrier directly.
In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.
Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for actions or outcomes of you re-selling our product(s).
Refunds and Exchanges
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen.
You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving it.
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and to request the return shipping address
- Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For items over $50, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
- Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either refund or replace your purchase if a product is damaged or defective. Were serve the right to require you to return any products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order.
