The “D” of CBD Hemp Flower

Dabs \’\’and dabbing — Dabs are concentrated doses of cannabis hemp that are made by extracting CBD from the hemp plant using a solvent like butane. Dabbing is the flash vaporization \’\’and inhalation of the concentrates off of a preheated surface. CBD dabbing is preferred by those who desire a quick therapeutic result.

Decarboxylation — This process converts CBCA to CBC when exposed to heat so the CBD is activated \’\’and released.

Delta 3 Carene – A terpene which resembles the smell of cypress trees. It is mostly beneficial in healing of broken bones \’\’and reversing osteoporosis, fibromyalgia \’\’and arthritis. It also stimulates memory \’\’and assists in memory retention.

Dispensary — A store that legally sells cannabis hemp products whether for medical or recreational purposes. CBD hemp flower dispensaries are places for consumers to receive accurate information \’\’and to see \’\’and purchase cannabis hemp grown to treat ailments or for best effects. Dosage/dosing — This is the individualized amount of cannabinoids within edible products. The “E” of it All

Endocannabinoids — These are natural chemicals produced by your body to interact with your endocannabinoid system regulate a network of body functions. They help to maintain homeostasis in the body. There are two different ones — an\’\’andamide (AEA) \’\’and 2-arachidonoylglycerol

Endocannabinoid receptors – There are CB1 \’\’and CB2 receptors to which the cannabinoids in the CBD hemp flower bind to as a way of signaling the endocannabinoid system for action.

Endocannabinoid system (ECS) — This is a complex system of receptors within the human body, brain \’\’and nervous systems.  It affects multiple important functions in the muscles used when working out; or the bone system that helps you walk \’\’and move.  The ECS maintains the homeostasis or balance among the various functions of the body by adjusting \’\’and regulating the flow of neurotransmitters.

Extraction – There are a variety of extraction techniques to separate out the CBD oil from the hemp flower. Some of the common practices include alcohol extraction \’\’and butane hash oil extraction.

Eucalyptol – This terpene has a recognizable minty cool savor. It relieves pain \’\’and also slows bacteria \’\’and fungus growth. There is considerable research which shows positive results in reversing Alzheimer’s Disease. It is found in Super Silver Haze hemp strain as well as Headb\’\’and hemp strain.

The “F” of CBD Hemp Flower

Flavonoid – These are compounds found in the hemp plant which adds to the many health benefits. Currently there are 19 flavonoids identifiable in the cannabis plant alone.

Flower – This is the smokable portion of the female cannabis hemp plant \’\’and it is also one of the places CBD oil is extracted

Full Spectrum — This refers to a CBD product that contains all elements of the cannabis plant, including up to 0.3% THC.
