CBD Flower Runs Up & Down Chocolate – CBD Spiked Chocolate

There are a variety of CBD coffee recipes to choose from but this one is a “latte spin” and is delicious. So, you’ll have caffeine to perk up your morning and CBD as well.

• 1 cup coconut milk
• One tablespoon cacao powder
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
• CBD oil
• Shaved chocolate on top as a garnish

 Combine all the ingredients except the CBD oil in a small pot.  Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking to break up any clumps. When it begins to simmer, remove it from the heat and stir in the CBD.  Pour into a mug or over ice and serve immediately.

Weekly CBD Flower Runs Up & Down Chocolate – CannaButter-Infused Chocolate Cake

How many times do you get this craving for a big fat piece of chocolate cake in the middle of the afternoon? Here is a recipe for chocolate cake and when you eat it, you will also get a dose of health with CBD. This cake is made with cannabutter, so in case you do not have cannabutter already made, here is a recipe for it.

1 cup of butter (not margarine)

1 cup (7 – 10 grams) of ground CBD hemp buds, decarboxylated (see below)

• Add 1 cup of water to the melted butter and let it simmer.
• Add the finely ground CBD hemp flower.
• Simmer at low heat below 200 degrees and let simmer for 60 to 120 minutes
• Stir occasionally
• Strain the cannabutter through a cheesecloth.
• Do not squeeze the cheesecloth.
• Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.

The Oven Method to Decarb

You need an oven, baking tray, parchment paper, and hemp flower such as CB Dawg.

• Oven temperature — 230-260 degrees F.
• Break hemp flower into small pieces.
• Spread on a parchment-covered baking tray.
• Place in the tray on the middle shelf in the oven.
• Bake for 2 hours.

Remove and cool. It is now sufficiently decarbed!
