TSA does their screenings with a focus on security and safety, but they are using scent dogs, they are trained to smell terpenes, which as we know are abundant in CBD hemp flowers.  If you are only packing CBD oil or CBD oil-infused products, the dogs will not pick up on the scent since the terpene levels are low in those products.
